Problem #1 fixed
New switch 10/100Base-T is standing next to my desk.
So if you are a listener of my stream, expect some downtime. (Not much listeners but you know who you are) ;-)

30 july 2001, spending money, learning, enjoying sun. Hawaii. It was cool to be there.
Also a year later: the Kilauea vulcano is showing it’s most dangerous display of volcanic activity since 1995. Since the flow began May 12, the lava has triggered one major fire, burning more than 3,600 acres.
30 july 2002 Holland: working, a different life :-)
Jilles van Gurp put up a very nice tutorial about how to stream with Peercast.
Finally: the switches in use do work again. But another switch is also broken. After a while no datatransmission anymore. That’s bad quality stuff.
Tomorrow I will bring a new 16 port switch. A little bigger but that one will work flawlessly. (I hope).
Sorry to my peercast listeners ..
But I’m back online ….. (I think).
