International Editions of Movabletype

Tried to upgrade / install the Dutch Movabletype version but as I can see its not available for update yet. From the people from MT I read that the localized versions are not provided as free language packs but are separated licensed versions. Right now they are working on a way to switch users to/from the appropriate language portals..
