Have a first preview of the New AroundMyroom Playground.
Adios Movabletype. (more news later about my ’switch’) .. But enjoy the first glance of AroundMyRoom new style (at www.aroundmyroom.com (just a temp redirect in .htaccess)).
I will have to test some other stuff still but the first step has been made. What do you think of it?

Kewl. Adding Adsense stuff to the page with a simple click. (Wordpress template)

Art & Images: Mike Wood

A new image in the AroundMyRoom’s Art & Images series. it’s a long time I found a good photographer who is making images fitting in the Art & Images category.

I found Mike’s pic’s through Flickr, and I had him entering the babes section of ‘Nieuws AroundMyroom’ Getting a message from him and finding his site I found it worth giving him extra exposure in the Art & Images category.

So meet: Mike Wood, Work4Bandwidth

Screen :: Message To Self

Screen is a util where you can switch between ’screens’ when using ssh

this is a message to self: which commands do i used th emost

start screen: just enter screen
screen -ls :: detect which screens are detached and running when opening new ssh session
screen -DR :: go to detached screen or use
screen -r xxxxx.pts-0.hostname attach screen found with ls

within the screen
CTRL-A N / P ( Next Screen / Previous Screen)
CTRL-A C (New SSH screen Window)
CTRL-A D (Detach Screen from window)

that’s it, solves problems cloasing sessions when still running.

Geen idee of het werkt …. Last.FM playlist. (snap er weinig van wat dit voor nut heeft, geldt hetzelfde dus voor Hyves) …

maar ja: been there, seen it, done that .. .Je wil toch effe het gevoel hebben / krijgen ..

Hyves

Dennis nu ook op Hyves te vinden. Geen idee waarom en wat er zo ” leuk ” aan moet zijn. Eerste indruk is dat het super T R A A G werkt. En ik wordt ook niet vrolijk van het feit dat ik die pipo niet kan wijzigen. neem dan een neutraal plaatje ..
