Dan denk je dat je er bent, maar dan krijgen we ook nog te maken met een 2e toko: de SENA die vragen zo rond de 530 euro per jaar voor webcasting (minimum vergoeding). Ik heb 2 jaar geleden al eens een brief van de SENA gehad omdat ik een webcast via xs4all had lopen met wat jaarmixjes .. en of ik dus maar even een document wou invullen en ondertekenen (alsof ik een pro zou zijn ..)

Waar zijn nu dan de pionierskortingen zoals ik gisteren beschreef?

Dus zou ik willen doorgaan met het podcasten van bijv. de Mixcast (met remixen die je met geen fatsoenlijke mogelijkheid ergens kan aanschaffen (te oud, te uniek, te zeldzaam) dan zou ik mits de SENA de tarieven niet aanpast zo’n 44 euro per maand voor de SENA moeten betalen alsmede 35 euro voor de BUMA. dat is 79 eurootjes voor een ‘pionier’ hobby.

Ik ga m’n geld ergens anders aan uitgeven. Tot ziens MixCast!

Volgens een aantal forum berichten op podcastinfo.nl zou de Buma Stemra een regeling van kracht hebben laten gaan waarin Podcasters die muziek afspelen een tarief zouden moeten gaan betalen van 35 euro per maand.

Kern:

Professioneel Podcasten (het verdienen aan Podcasts) heeft een tarief van 85 euro per maand inclusief 13% van de omzet die je maakt (min een aantal gedefinieerde kosten).
Vraag: wat gebeurd er dan met de omzetbelasting?

LOL / Amateur Podcasten: verdien je er geen geld mee (let op: Google-banners zijn ook al een vorm van inkomsten, zelfs als ze je bandbreedtekosten niet eens dekken): de afdracht wordt dan een vast bedrag van 35 euro per maand.

Al deze bedragen zijn inclusief BTW.

Wanneer je een RSS feed met enclosures aanbied alsmede een webcast maakt dan ‘mag’ je voor deze dus voor een maandelijks bedrag van 35 euro aanbieden en dus voor deze bedragen zoveel podcasts maken als je wilt. Ze zijn dus niet afhankelijk van het aantal podcasts, de hoeveelheid muziek die je draait enzovoort.

Waar zou BUMA zijn tarief op baseren?
BUMA zegt tevens dat de podcaster zich zelf bij hen moet ‘aangeven’.
e.e.a. komt van de: Teamleider RTV, Kabel en OnLine Licenties binnen de BUMA organisatie.

Wellicht aankomende week meer via de gevestigde media. Tis toch komkommer tijd.

Altijd leuk als je in een lijstje staat waarin je vermeld wordt als Pionier .. leuk !

Momenteel schieten de Podcasts als paddenstoelen uit de grond. De kwestie is niet: wanneer begint iemand, maar eerder: hoe lang gaat iemand door en hoe hou je het vol.

My ISP is supporting Podcasts now. Just for checking if there is demand for it, and because of this you would not need an own server (webspace) to offer your podcast.

For me it’s also experimental as I am not sure if my Podcast does meet the rules, as it’s Podmusic I play.
