Dear makers of Heroes, if you want to create a trustworty tv-show: do NEVER enclose such scenes with the father of Claire, Mr. Bennet” or “the Man in Horn-Rimmed Glasses” aka HRG, and the black dude, the Haitian. into the serie again like in Episode 5 of season 2. The background totally does not match with the studio images. I know it can be expensive to send a team to Europe (where you want us to believe some paintings are) but than: DO IT !.. and do not use ‘STOCK’ video footage. This is just blue / green screen kinda thing.

This was really a bummer for me!

Season one of Heroes started with “The In-Sink-Erator” issue: Claire puts her hand into the In-Sink-Erator and you see how see recovers .. than In-Sink-Erator sued? NBC over this  scene in Heroes. So I thought: this scene will be deleted when the DVD is in the stores. Today I managed to get DVD1 with this first episode of Heroes and …… It’s NOT deleted .. the In-Sink-Erator scene is still there (in the Dutch version) ..

Heroes…

naast Prison Break toch wel een van de betere series momenteel op de US TV. Ik moet toegeven: ben even de interesse in BattleStar Gallactica kwijt geraakt nadat ik 1 of 2 afleveringen de inhoud erg viel tegen vallen (maar dat is persoonlijk (ergens bij episode 10 / 11 van dit seizoen)

Wat me opvalt bij Heroes is dat er onzettend veel ‘Viral’ materiaal beschikbaar is. Websites die speciaal opgezet zijn om meer informatie omtrend ‘Heroes’ te verkrijgen (in lijn met het verhaal). Comic boeken die elke week gemaakt worden, noem maar op. Zelfs de ‘heroes’ in kwestie hebben eigen websites (bijv. Sylar)

De papierfabriek met website en natuurlijk heeft het casino van Mr. Linderman ook een site. Ik zie nu al uit naar de dagen/weken dat RTL(5?) de serie gaat uitzenden en/of wanneer deze hier op DVD uitkomt. HEBBEUH!

Sjonge jonge. mogen we niet eens direct vanaf de NBC website Heroes bekijken .. Natuurlijk heb ik de aflevering van afgelopen maandag alweer gezien maar tis wel jammer dat het niet via de officiele weg kan.

Maar ik las een goede: Heroes, Prison Break & BattleStar Galactica are the Web2 TV series of today! ;-)

6 afleveringen geleden is men in de USA begonnen met het derde seizoen van LOST. Nu stopt men tijdelijk met het derde seizoen om deze zonder onderbrekingen verder te kunnen uitzenden vanaf 7 februari 2007. 13 weken kan dodelijk zijn voor de serie.

Prutsers. Nu moeten we ons maar blijven focussen op de geweldige nieuwe serie Heroes on NCB

Ali Larter. In Heroes she has her own website: Lasvegasniki.com and in real this is the ‘official’ fan site of Heroes; redirecting you to 9th wonders

In EP3 you see in a iPOD video the URL from the site of niki. I wonder how many people have visited or are visiting the site ..

Check also their myspace accounts, the only issue they have is that the YouTube video’s are not longer available (copyright?) little glitch in the promoting machine

HEROES Season 1 (ep 1 & 2)

“Heroes has delivered exceptional ratings since its premiere, and we’re even more impressed with the quality of the upcoming episodes,” said NBC TV president Kevin Reilly. “The best is yet to come over the course of a full season with this newest drama sensation.”

One gray cloud for Heroes: Appliance maker Emerson Electrics is suing NBC for using its product without authorization in a scene from the show’s pilot. The scene depicts teen cheerleader Hayden Panettiere (Claire Bennet) accidentally sticking her hand into the In-Sink-Erator, only to find the mangled appendage quickly repairing itself.

Emerson wants NBC to stop airing the scene in repeats and in syndication. (Oh oh .. A removed DVD scene later ???)

The TV series season has started. The best series during fall and winter. Yeah. I’ve discovered Heroes, still following LOST en huge fan of BSG .. Anyone any tips?
